Typically, a website development project consists of two parts:
Web Development and Web Design. The original layout and mockup of a website are included in web design. Custom PHP/ASP/JSP code, e-commerce solutions, and CMS/Blog deployment are all included in web development.
In the following circumstances, you are eligible to get a 100% refund of any upfront payments you made:
- You’re not happy with the first design mockup.
- Your project has either not been started at all by us or cannot begin anytime soon.
- The project cannot be completed by us in the manner specified by the project specifications.
Refunds won’t be issued if
- The design mockup has already received your approval.
- If lack of delay in communication from your end lead to delay in project.
Domain and Hosting
If the customer submits a request to cancel service, the account will receive a prorated refund if it is eligible.
Account cancellations that were pre-paid yearly will only be refunded prorated based on the monthly rate of the same hosting plan.
Refunds are not available for domain registrations.
